Baptism
Most Christian denominations practice baptism, viewing as an act of faith or a path to church membership. The Church of Christ emphasises baptism as essential for salvation, supported by Scripture linking the two. For instance, Peter states, “Baptism…now saves you” (1 3:21), while Jesus declares, “Whoever believes and is baptised will be saved” (Mark 16:16). Throughout the New Testament, baptism is consistently associated with salvation, marking the moment of forgiveness, new life, and becoming a child of God.

Ministries
At Eastside Church, we are dedicated to nurturing our community through various ministries. Our weekday Bible studies take place in the homes of our members, providing an intimate setting for spiritual growth and connection. Every second Sunday of the month, we hold an enriching Eat and Pray session, fostering fellowship shared meals and prayers. Additionally, our monthly outreach allows us to spread the good news to our neighborhood, while our fellowship group encourages us to grow closer and support one another in faith.
